saboteurweb.com was down for approximately two days this weekend due to some hardware issues that were resolved by me getting off my lazy ass and migrating the server into a new case full of second-hand (but newer!) hardware that had previously been lying around in my room for several months.
This website, along with a handful of others, now runs on an AMD Duron 1100mhz processor, a total of 80 gb storage and 512mb SDRAM. The system used to be an all-purpose desktop, so it also has a Geforce 2 GTS video card. Word.
More downtime may be ahead some time in the future; since Red Hat Linux 9 is no longer updated, I am forced to look for an alternative platform and I'm most likely going to go for Debian. But more on that later.
Also, a sneak peek at saboteurweb.com's February agenda: DON'T MISS the 3rd birthday of this website! I'm going to have a great show for you - it'll be bittersweet nostalgia abound!

Oh, and by the way, just something that I wanted to add without making it appear on the front page: The current poll about Sweden is an obscure Monty Python reference. I thought it was funny, and it should be stated for the record that 1) I like Sweden and have nothing against them and 2) Swedish guys are really cute.
